Anayban Z. V. Interaction of women’s organizations and local authorities in the Republic of Khakassia, Р. 128-137

This article is devoted to the study of the problems of interaction between women’s public associations and local authorities in the Republic of Khakassia. The analysis showed that along with the noted positive trends in the relations of contemporary women’s associations with the regional authorities, the most effective forms of their interaction have not yet been properly studied and determined. The materials of our research indicate a clear flaw in the basic legal, organizational and financial foundations for the operation of women’s organi-zations at the republican level. Today, women’s organizations in this region can hardly be called partners of public administration bodies. However, the realities of today dictate the need to combine the efforts and actions of government institutions and various public associations, including women’s communities, to solve urgent problems in the field of state policy of the Russian Federation, aimed at the stabilization and further development of a democratic society. The empirical basis of the study consists of official data and materials stored in the archives of local women’s organizations, as well as the results of the interview conducted in December 2020 with leaders and activists of women’s organizations in Khakassia.
