We have implemented the characteristic of institutions of gender power, which operate at every level of the hierarchy. We have established that in the aggregate these institutions
form a hierarchical system of institutions of gender power. On the one hand, the quality of operation of the system is determined by the external macroenvironment. On the other hand,
it influences the state, focus and efficiency of its operation. With the use of correlation and regression analysis of the linear regression model, we identified a causal relationship of
