For authors


1. Articles, peer reviews and materials of round tables are accepted for
publication (the recommended length of articles is 20-25,000 characters, in exceptional cases up to 40-45,000 characters; the length of peer reviews is 10-15,000 characters) in the Microsoft Word text editor (Times New Roman or Times New Roman Cyr, 14 pt).

Please note that when creating charts and graphs, you should use Microsoft Graph and Microsoft Excel.

2. All materials are accepted in electronic form by email indicated on the journal’s website – winrs@bk.ru

3. The set of documents should consist of two files:
1) the article itself (including the author's/authors'; surname (s) and initials, title of the article, text and list of references). The division of articles into semantic parts (sections) is encouraged.
Articles containing empirical research data should include sections “Problem formulation/hypothesis development”, “Research methods”, “Research/Study results”;
2) applications, which should contain the following information:
— information about the author/authors (surname (s), name (s) and middle name (s)/patronymic (s) (if applicable), academic degree and title, place of work and position, and contact details (telephone and email);
— an abstract reflecting the main content of the article (10-15 lines);
— key words (no more than 10 words);

4. Reference list formatting.
The Harvard Referencing Style is used to format the list of references.

5. Articles sent to the editorial board that were previously published and accepted for publication in other journals are not accepted.
